GamiPress Admin Emails GPL let’s you setup automatic emails when a user earns a certain element to inform to your website administrators on exact moment you want.
First of all, you need to configure some conditional emails that will being sent to your website administrators.
Also, You can check the available tags that could be placed on the email subject and content.
You have the possibility to configure additional user roles to receive the admin emails through the settings page.
GamiPress Admin Emails GPL Settings
You will find the Admin Emails settings on your WordPress admin area navigating to the GamiPress menu -> Settings -> Add-ons tab.Roles
Set the user roles that will receive admin email. If none role is selected, by default admin emails will be sent to administrators.
Note: Roles created by another plugins will be listed too.
Admin Emails includes a great number of tags to provide to your administrators all the information you consider about the user who has earned something.
Important: Tags load details from user who have earned something, not from administrator details.
Some important features to meet:
- Tags will work on email subject and content both.
- Email content will execute shortcodes placed in.
- You can use email tags as shortcode attribute value like
[gamipress_achievement id="{quest_id}" user_id="{user_id}"]. - Tags related to any GamiPress type will be added automatically.
- Tags related to any GamiPress type are based on the type’s slug. For example, the “gems” points type will have the tag
{gems_balance}and the “badges” achievement type will have tags like{badges_id},{badges_title},{badges_link}, etc.
